Good staff, favourable location near restaurant as well as City Centre. 15 minutes walk to Menara Tun Mustapha. Extremely spacious room with exceptionally good views to the KK famous sunset.

We had a comfy bedroom. It was nice to find coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a very convenient area, near to restaurant and Manukan Island and City Centre. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Dinawan Island was super.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and had balconies, which was a great touch. The gym was new and well-equipped, making it convenient to stay active during my stay. The hotel itself had an eye-catching look and the staff, especially housekeeping, were extremely helpful.

The only downside was that I was initially given a room with an adjoining door, but unfortunately, the sound protection was not sufficient. I could hear the TV and other guests in the adjacent room.

The room we had included a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. Bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was particularly good, close to shopping mall, restaurant and City Centre.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric in Kota Kinabalu for a few days. The hotel had a modern style decor and the room facilities were awesome. I loved having a balcony with a great view and the pool was really chill, with slightly salty water that made swimming while watching the sunset amazing. The staff were friendly and service-centered, the hotel was clean, and everything worked perfectly. The location was excellent, with a shopping mall opposite the hotel and plenty of eateries within walking distance. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and the rooftop bar had amazing views. I'll definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Centric! The hotel's design is exceptional, with clean and spacious sea view rooms that had everything we needed. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and the bed and towels were cozy and clean. The breakfast was exceptional, even for vegetarians like us. The staff were gracious and accommodating, and the location was perfect, with a shopping mall nearby.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated near numerous restaurants that offer delicious food. The rooms are spacious and feature lovely balconies. One of the highlights of our stay was the immaculate gym that was well-equipped and new. The rooftop pool and sun loungers were both luxurious and indulgent.

One minor issue was the sound protection between adjoining rooms. We could hear guests from the neighboring room, which disrupted our sleep.

I was given a room with an adjoining room, which was not soundproof enough, making it easy to hear the other guests and their TV. As a result, I had to request a room change, which was inconvenient during my business trip.
